How is the 3-year cost calculated?
We multiply each published tier by its billing unit (per location, provider, user or case) using your inputs, add one-time setup and required hardware, then add yearly maintenance. Only public list prices are used; negotiated discounts, taxes and unpublished add-ons are excluded.
Why don’t all sliders change every result?
Each product is billed on its own unit. A per-location plan only reacts to “Locations”, a per-user plan to “Staff users”, a flat plan to none of them except “Years”. Under each result we show which inputs it uses.
Why are some products missing?
Only products with at least one published price can be modelled — 107 of 445 software products today. Quote-only vendors are listed on their category pages.
