SprintRay Pro 95 S or Form 4B: which should you choose?
Both are proven chairside and lab printers for models, splints and surgical guides, but they are at different points in their life.
Form 4B is Formlabs' current dental printer, with published prices: $7,699 for the Basic package and $12,006 for Complete with wash and cure. Open Material Mode for third-party resins is included, and Formlabs offers more than a dozen dental resins. Service plans start at $1,269 a year. Speed figures are the manufacturer's.
SprintRay Pro 95 S was listed by a dealer at $9,495 on October 1, 2026, with wash and cure extra. It is SprintRay's previous generation: the Pro 2 is now the flagship, and partner resin profiles need a paid RayWare Pro subscription.
On price and resin freedom the Form 4B comes out ahead. The Pro 95 S makes sense for a practice already committed to SprintRay resins and support, at a good dealer price. Ask how long tanks and spare parts will be supplied.

SprintRay's previous-generation chairside DLP printer, still sold at about $9,500. A proven workhorse for models, splints and guides; the Pro 2 is the current model.
