Case acceptance is calculated as the dollar value of treatment accepted divided by the value presented in the same period. Tracking it by number of patients as well prevents one large case from hiding many refusals.
The levers are clear explanation, visual aids such as intraoral photos and AI-annotated radiographs, a written estimate and payment options presented as a monthly amount. Diagnosed treatment that is accepted but never scheduled shows up in the unscheduled treatment report.
