What Rondah AI is

Rondah AI, from Sundown Technologies in New York, builds AI receptionists for DSOs and practices. It was part of the Techstars 2024 cohort; its co-founder and CEO is Burhan Syed. The receptionist answers calls 24/7 without phone trees, books and reschedules in the practice management system, recognizes returning patients, flags emergencies, handles new-patient intake and routes calls to staff. Outbound re-engagement of dormant patients is also described.

The second product, the Operations Command Center, gives a group visibility of call handling, scheduling and process across all locations.

Evidence and scale

Rondah states that more than 300 DSOs and practices in the United States and Canada use it. Its case studies cite a six-location group that generated $1.2 million and $420,000 of new revenue in the first quarter of 2026, 2,500 after-hours appointments across 34 practices, and a group that expanded from a three-practice trial to more than 60 practices. These are the vendor's figures from its own customers; we have not seen independent verification. We found no reviews on G2 or Capterra on September 30, 2026.
