Dentina.ai is the most budget-friendly way to evaluate a full AI receptionist: a flat price per location, unlimited calls, a 30-day trial and one of the longest lists of named integrations. It was designed by a dentist, and it shows in details such as respecting provider and operatory rules when booking.
The trade-offs are annual billing and features split between plans. Its impressive outcome figures come from the company itself.

Dentina.ai answers calls around the clock, after hours, during overflow and for emergencies, by voice, text and web chat. It books directly into the practice management system after reading practice-specific rules, such as which provider does which procedures and which operatory is used. Outbound calls cover recall, confirmations, reactivation and treatment follow-up.
It was founded by Peter Gabbay, DDS, and is built in Los Angeles. The company states that more than 2,000 dentists and DSOs use it and that it has handled 2.8 million calls, a median 100% answer rate across more than 1,000 practices, and 21 appointments per location per month booked from calls that would have been missed.
